IamJedi.com is owned and operated by Creation Internet Services Ltd.

This Agreement is between Creation Internet Services Limited ("CIS") and you ("you", "your" or the "User"), as an authorized user of the services provided by CIS, and governs the terms and conditions of your use of any services offered by CIS and access to the Site (as defined herein). CIS, through its website www.IamJedi.com (the "Site"), provides an e-mail forwarding service. By accessing the Site and using any of the services offered or provided by CIS, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, (i) all of the conditions of use set forth in this Agreement, (ii) any of the rules, policies and terms and conditions of use published on the Site that apply to each of the individual services provided or offered by CIS, and (iii) the Privacy Policy. This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, any operating rules, policies, pricing schedules, conditions of use or other documents on the Site or expressly incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire agreement between CIS and the User, and supersede all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter of this Agreement.

A. Security
All Users will be issued with a unique Username and Password and you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify CIS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. CIS will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by CIS or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, with or without the permission of the account holder.

B. Email Frowarding Service Subscription Fee
i.The fee for IamJedi.com Email Forwarding Service is £24.00 per annum, payable in advance. This entitles the subscriber to receive up to a maximum of 150 e-mails per day.
ii.The Premium Subscription fee for IamJedi.com email forwarding service is £50.00 per annum, payable in advance. This entitles the subscriber to receive an unlimited number of e-mails per day.

C. Use of the Email Forwarding Service
By accessing the Site and/or using the Email forwarding Service, each User agrees to be bound by all of theTerms and Conditions set forth.

D. Payment
You agree to pay all charges that may be required for use of the Email Forwarding Service. All charges will be exclusive of value added ("VAT"), sales or other taxes, except as required by law (currently VAT does not apply but this situation will change in due course). CIS reserves the right to modify its prices, charges or fees, provided that any changes shall be posted on the Site. You are therefore responsible reviewing regularly the Site for information regarding fees and charges as well as changes to pricing. Continued use of or non-termination of the Email Forwarding Service shall be deemed to be acceptance of any posted changes in the prices for your use of the Email Forwarding Service.CIS may terminate or suspend your use of the Email Forwarding Service without notice in the event of any failure to pay any fees or charges for the such service, upon rejection by your credit card or debit card issuer of any charges or in the event the card issuer or its agents seeks reimbursement for payments previously made to CIS and as to which CIS believes such payments were proper. In addition, CIS has the right to seek any fees, damages, expenses or the like arising from your failure to pay CIS for use of the Email Forwarding Services, including, but not limited to, fees charged to CIS by any credit card issuer or its agent as a penalty for reversing any payment (i.e., a charge back fee) as well as collection fees and expenses, court costs, and legal fees. You must promptly notify CIS in the event of any changes to your account or billing information or in the event your charge card or debit card is canceled for any reason.

Upon expiration of the subscription for the Email Forwarding Service, CIS shall automatically renew your subscription and charge your credit or debit card. If you do not wish to renew, you must notify CIS at cancel@iamjedi.com no less than 5 days prior to the expiration your subscription otherwise you shall be responsible for all fees and charges incurred for such renewal. CIS shall have the right to terminate your account immediately, and you shall have no right to a refund of any service fees or charges, in the event you in any manner violate these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy or any other applicable CIS policy, rule or conditions of use. While you may choose to terminate your account voluntarily at any time, you will not have a right to any refund of any service fees or charges.

Please Note:
You expressly agree that all charges for payment of the Email Forwarding Service are final and non-refundable after the first 30 days. You are responsible for all charges resulting from your use of the Email Forwarding. If you believe that you have been improperly charged for any Service, you must notify CIS within 5 days of any invoice or credit card statement, provide CIS any information necessary to review the claim, and CIS will attempt to resolve the claim in a timely manner.

E. Commercial Use
No User may reproduce, or otherwise utilize, for commercial purposes the information provided by CIS through the Site or the CIS Services without the written permission of CIS. Consequently, without such written permission, no User may resell or commercially exploit the names, addresses or other data obtained by use of any of the CIS Services. Your right to use the CIS Services is personal to you, and you hereby agree not to resell the use of the CIS Services.

F. Intellectual Property
Each User acknowledges that CIS has copyrighted the contents of the Site and CIS Services as a compilation copyright and that reproductions, redistribution or publication of such content is prohibited without the express written consent of CIS. Further, each User acknowledges that the Site and CIS Services may include or contain material of CIS or third parties protected by copyright, trademark or other laws and that the use or reproduction thereof without express consent shall be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

G. Deny Access
CIS reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny access to the Site or any or all of the CIS Services to any User for any reason whatsoever.

H. Use of Information
By providing information to CIS, each User hereby grants permission for CIS to use such information in accordance with and subject to the CIS Privacy Policy.

I. Indemnification
Each User hereby indemnifies CIS, its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives and each of its licensors and service providers against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages relating to CIS's use of information provided by such User. You further agree to indemnify CIS and each of its licensors and service providers from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal fees) and damages arising out of claims based upon your use of any of the CIS Services, including any violation of this Agreement or any other CIS policy, rule or conditions of use posted on the Site or relating to any CIS Service, by User or any other person using your account, any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, any loss of service by other customers, any infringement of intellectual property or other rights of any third parties.

J. Law
By subscribing to the IamJedi.com Email Forwarding Service, all Users agree that the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and CIS.

K. Modification of Agreement
This Agreement (and any agreement, rule, or policy relating to the CIS Services) may be modified by CIS at any time by publication through the Site.YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REGULARLY REVIEWING THE WWW.IAMJEDI.COM WEBSITE TO OBTAIN TIMELY NOTICE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS. USER SHALL BE DEEMED TO HAVE ACCEPTED SUCH MODIFICATIONS BY CONTINUING TO USE THE SITE AND ANY OF THE CIS SERVICES AFTER SUCH MODIFICATIONS HAVE BEEN POSTED OR INFORMATION REGARDING SUCH MODIFICATIONS HAS BEEN SENT TO YOU.

L. Modification of Services
CIS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any of the CIS Services with or without notice. CIS shall not be liable to User or any third party should CIS exercise its right to modify or discontinue any of the Services.

M. Termination
Either User or CIS may terminate your account at any time, with or without cause (for any reason), with or without notice. Any notice by you to CIS concerning termination or cancellation of your account shall be in accordance with any procedures that may be established by CIS from time to time in its sole discretion. CIS also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice, provided that CIS will attempt to confirm such termination or suspension by subsequent notice.

N. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations on Liability
EACH USER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SITE, THE EMAIL FORWARDING SERVICES AND THE OTHER CIS SERVICES IS AT THE USER'S SOLE RISK. NEITHER CIS NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR THE CIS SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE AND NEITHER CIS NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS OR SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY OR BY ANY MEANS, EITHER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FOR ANY COMMUNICATIONS DIFFICULTIES WHICH COULD LEAD TO THE INTERRUPTION AND OR DELIVERY OF ANY OF THE SITE OR THE CIS SERVICES.
